It was already announced that Drew McIntyre would be challenging Bobby Lashley for the WWE Championship at the Hell In A Cell pay-per-view on June 20th. On tonight’s Raw, McIntyre and Lashley signed the contract to make their match official but before signing, MVP requested that McIntyre agree to he and Lashley’s terms.
If McIntyre loses, he can never challenge for the WWE Title again as long as Lashley is champion. McIntyre agreed and requested that their match take place inside Hell In A Cell and MVP agreed on Lashley’s behalf.
McIntyre competed inside Hell In A Cell at the 2020 installment of the event and lost the WWE Championship to Randy Orton. This will be Lashley’s first go-around inside Hell In A Cell.

- Raw Women’s Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Charlotte Flair
- WWE Championship — Hell In A Cell Match: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
- SmackDown Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley
