AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker teamed with Rebel on the 6/30 episode of Dynamite to take on Nyla Rose and Vickie Guerrero. Rebel suffered an injury during the match.

As Rebel was running in to break up a pin, she came down awkwardly and was not able to move. Nyla Rose attempted to pick her up but Rebel used the ropes to pull herself out of the ring. Footage was shared on social media of Rebel being helped to the back by AEW’s ringside medical staff. Both Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp and F4WOnline reported that Rebel dislocated her kneecap.

Baker and Rebel won the match after Baker tapped out Vickie Guerrero. Post-match, Baker was put through a table by Nyla Rose.

Since being paired with Britt, Rebel has wrestled sporadically. She has wrestled four matches for AEW since the summer of 2020 and was the company’s makeup artist as well. Prior to the 6/30 Dynamite, Rebel fell in defeat to Hikaru Shida in May, who Baker defeated at Double Or Nothing to become champion.
