Hope Everybody Makes It
Gia Miller starts the show catching Kenny Omega and Don Callis who come into the building for the contract signing for tonight with Sami Callihan and ask if they are worried about Sami. They call Callihan a bunch of names, but they hope everybody is able to make it tonight, foreshadowing some potential shenanigans.
Brian Myers (w/ Sam Beale) vs. Jake Something
The stipulation for this match is the loser must call the winner a ‘professional’, as they take it to the outside right away with Something tossing Myers all over the barricade. They head inside, but Myers quickly gets taken right back out to the outside, but Myers is able to trip Something off the apron. They continue to fight for a bit with Myers hitting a suplex on Something on the outside. Myers is able to dodge Something’s spear in the corner, but still gets hit with a sit-out powerbomb for a two. Myers comes back with a DDT of his own for a near fall, heads up to the top rope where they tussle for a bit, ending with Myers hitting an elbow drop off the top rope for a 2. They go back and forth, but Something hits the Black Hole Slam for the pin.
Winner: Jake Something by pinfall at 5:15
Myers goes to leave, but Something pulls him back and tells him ‘Don’t you have something to say?’ Myers grabs the mic, hesitates a bit, and Something with his back turned gets attacked by Sam Beale. As Something is getting attacked 2 on 1, Matt Cardona makes his return taking out Myers and Beale, including hitting the Radio Silence on Beale.
Virtuosa Open Challenge
Gia Miller backstage asking Deonna Purrazzo what is next for her, after getting rid of Kimber Lee and Susan. Purrazzo said she became a two-time Knockouts Champion without their help and asks how many women she has taken out and she can do it all on her own forever and is going to go to the ring and issue an open challenge.
Assault & Battery
Back from the commercial, Gia Miller finds a quiet Sami Callihan in a corner who seems like he doesn’t want to be bothered. He admits he usually doesn’t do interviews like this but he’s in a good mood. Sami says there is nine days until Kenny Omega has to get in the ring with him and before he can say what he’s going to do to him, a ‘Deputy Johnson’ approaches Callihan and says he has to arrest him for assault and battery on Don Callis. Callihan puts his hands on the Deputy and gets warmed by more officers who place him under arrest.
Deonna Purrazzo vs. Lady Frost
Frost accepts Purrazzo’s open challenge and makes her IMPACT debut, having competed in NWA, AEW, and GCW recently. Purrazzo gets taken down early by Frost and seems impressed by her but laughs it off. Frost continues to impress, taking Purrazzo down with a roundhouse kick, but she taunts a bit too much which causes her to miss the moonsault. Purrazzo takes advantage, taking out Frost, but instead of going for the DDT, applies the armbar and gets the quick submission win.

Slammiversary Mystery Knockout
After the match, Deonna thanks Frost for accepting her challenge but unfortunately for her, she’s just another building block in the age of the Virtuosa. She calls herself the best and doesn’t even need to prepare for her challengers, but gets interrupted by Gail Kim’s music, she heads down as they go to commercial.
When we come back, Deonna cuts off Gail and tells her it’s an honor to be here with Gail and thanks her for what she’s done, but she expects the respect to go both ways and she shouldn’t be interrupted. Gail says she’s proud of Deonna but says she’s not here to talk about the past, she’s here to talk about Slammiversary. Deonna cuts her off again and says she accepts, thinking it’s a challenge from Gail, but Gail says she’s retired and has nothing left to prove, but Deonna does. Gail tells Deonna she wants to give her an opportunity and at Slammiversary she will defend her title against a mystery opponent, and she won’t know until then. Gail Kim tells her she better prepare because it’s not just their world that changes, but hers as well.
Empty Palace
We head over to Swinger’s Palace where it’s just Alisha Edwards, Hernandez, and the Swingerellas. Chris Sabin walks in asking where everybody is before sitting down and starting a game. Sabin quickly gets attacked by Moose who says at Slammiversary, Sabin will find out why Moose is a Wrestling God.
Gia Miller with Chris Bey and asks what led to him finally getting involved and choosing sides last week. Bey says with all these people getting involved with the X-Division, it lowers his chances, and although he picked a side doesn’t mean he’s friends with them. He’s on his own side, and last week they just happened to be standing on it.
Jason Page, Manny Smith & Deonte Evans vs. W. Morrissey
Before the match, Morrissey says he heard Eddie Edwards challenged him to a match at Slammiversary and he accepts it. He said he’s going to help him since he’s laying in a hospital bed, so he’s going to help him prepare, not by showing respect, but to demonstrate and show him right now what will happen to Edwards at Slammiversary. The three opponents hesitate to attack Morrissey, but he quickly clotheslines all three and splashes them in the corner. Morrissey chokeslams Evans and powerbombs Page. Smith slowly starts getting up, but Morrissey lifts him up and hits an F5. Morrissey stacks them all up and gets the pin.

Roll the Footage
Busy Gia Miller asks Don Callis if it’s true that Callihan got arrested for assaulting Callis, Callis is in a somber mood saying he’s been getting help and therapy based on the incident but isn’t surprised as Callihan is a hazard to himself and an entire wrestling company. Callis didn’t come here to have this happen, he has footage of the incident and his counselors have advised him to show it. We go to the footage and the camera shows someone dressed as Callihan attacking Callis, but his face is covered up and we can’t see who it clearly is. Scott D’Amore comes in and apologizes to Callis and hopes he’s ok. Callis says he’s 47 years old and shouldn’t be attacked, D’Amore says since Omega is still here, they will still have the contract signing tonight, so he will see him and Don in the ring later on.
Susan & Kimber Lee vs. Rosemary & Havok
This is an unofficial number one contender’s match for the Knockouts Tag Team Title after Scott D’Amore, last week, suggested both teams go out there and prove themselves. As Susan and Rosemary start, Susan says this is not what she signed up for. Havok and Kimber quickly come in as Havok tosses her around the ring like a rag doll before tagging Rosemary back in. Kimber hits a buzzsaw kick on Rosemary for a two-count. Kimber and Susan attempt to double team Rosemary, but don’t seem to be on the same page as she breaks out and tags in Havok. Havok is able to kick Susan who bumps Kimber Lee off the apron. Rosemary comes in and they hit a spear on Susan as Havok holds her for the pin.
Winners: Rosemary & Havok by pinfall at 4:10
Piper’s Pit or Peppa Pig?
Tenille Dashwood and Kaleb with a K with another All About Me segment and say that since Ellen is out, it’s just them out there with a talk shot, and the ‘host’ of the show tonight is Jazz, as Tenille reluctantly introduces her. Jazz sporting a very nice Shad Gaspard shirt as they awkwardly try to start the conversation, and Jazz doesn’t understand the concept of having to Tenille a question and asks if this is like Piper’s Pit or something, and Kaleb says ‘did she say Peppa Pig?’ Tenille feels betrayed about what Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering have done to her, and just when she felt she had a partner in Ellering, Jazz comes in and ruins it for Tenille. As Jazz said she’s done and starts to leave, Tenille says that’s typical, her just leaving and quitting like her wrestling career. Tenille tells her to chill and act professional, she starts to leave, as Jazz has her back turned, Tenille ambushes her and tosses her into the camera.
When we come back from the commercial, we see during the break Jazz was attended to, as Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering come in and wonder why she came in there alone and she says she was ambushed. They say they will go find her and take care of it. We cut to Grace and Ellering who say Tenille is lucky that Jazz is going to be ok, and it’s one thing to mess with them, but a whole other thing to mess with Jazz. Grace says they tried to create problems between them, but it didn’t work and now they are on the same page and have a list of goals as a tag team. Because of what they did to Jazz, next week they challenge Tenille and Kaleb to a match to cross them off their list.
Cutting the Line
Rich Swann & Willie Mack come out and Swann says everybody obviously saw what happened to them last week, but they are real men, and they fight, but there is a team back there that got into their business and chose the easy way out and attacked them from behind, talking about Violent by Design. They give them the opportunity to bring out those tag titles that they deserve, and they’ll knock their teeth down their throats. Instead, TJP and Fallah Bahh come out and say what a coincidence as they have been looking for VBD as well, as they have a score to settle as well. TJP says they can’t cut the line and have to go through them first, but Mack says they already beat them and are in front of them, but Bahh says that had an expiration date. All four members of Violent by Design come into the ring and go face to face with Swann, Mack, TJP & Bahh but the Good Brothers music hits as they come out who cut a very ‘preachy’ type promo that even the commentary team questioned ‘what is wrong with them’. As they are in the ring, Tommy Dreamer comes in and says at Slammiversary there will be a four-way between all tag teams for the titles, but tonight there will be a singles four-way instead.
Rich Swann vs. Karl Anderson vs. Deaner vs. TJP
All four men go at it as soon as the bell rings with all their tag partners at ringside. Deaner starts attacking TJP on the outside, as Anderson holds down Swann inside. Commentary brings up D’Amore not being thrilled with Dreamer’s new position, and questions if Dreamer just went into business for himself and made this match. 205 Live Alumni’s TJP and Swann go at it in the ring, with Swann blocking TJP’s boot and hitting a rolling clothesline and a tilt-a-whirl before getting attacked from behind by Deaner. Deaner attacks TJP in the corner with a running dropkick, as Swann and Anderson battle on the outside. TJP is able to toss Deaner and Anderson on the outside but gets tossed out himself by Swann who ends up diving on them as we go to commercial.
We come back and see Swann in control over Deaner, but as Deaner gets the upper hand, Karl Anderson comes and suggests a partnership between them. Deaner declines and attacks Anderson instead. As Anderson says, ‘Praise the Good Brothers!’, TJP and Swann run in but Anderson takes them all out as Doc Gallows ringside encourages the preaching. TJP hits the Boot Wash on Anderson, goes for the Detonation Kick, but Anderson escapes out and calls for the Gun Stun, missing it as TJP does land the Detonation Kick. TJP misses the Mamba Splash on Deaner, Swann comes in and gets a Deaner DDT for a 2 count that gets broken up by TJP. Deaner and Anderson start to go at it, with Anderson hitting the Gun Stun on Deaner for the pin.
Winner: Karl Anderson by pinfall at 14:04
The Good Brothers get into the ring with Violent by Design as Doc Gallows and Joe Doering have a stare-down.
Man of the Cloth
We see footage of Kimber Lee and Susan walking backstage, and Kimber says even though they lost she has a backup plan as we hear the laughter of James Mitchell who Susan says looks familiar. Mitchell invites them into his room and asks Kimber if she’s sure she wants to do this; Kimber says that’s all I got left. Mitchell says as a dog shall return to his own vomit, a fool repeats his old folly and makes no promises on how long this will take, but he thinks he can do something for him as he is a man of the cloth.

Slammiversary Contract Signing
Scott D’Amore in the ring and says even though he isn’t here, he has confidence Sami Callihan will make it for Slammiversary before introducing Kenny Omega and Don Callis. Callis asks what if you had a party and only one person showed up, but the most important person is here as Sami Callihan justifiably got arrested as you can’t just go around assaulting people. Callis says we have a problem, as we have a champion and no challenger as Callihan had seven strikes and today is number eight. D’Amore says things seem a little odd tonight but they will let it all play out and shows Omega the contract is in big print as his eyes aren’t that good. Omega signs it as Callis compliments his beautiful signature. The lights start flickering and eventually go off. We go to footage where we see a different angle from the attack before on Callis by ‘Sami Callihan’. The fake Callihan takes off his mask revealing it’s John E. Bravo with Johnny Swinger filming (explaining their absence from Swinger’s Palace) and is seen high fiving Callis for a job well down. Callihan appears in the ring and hits Omega with his bat but gets taken out from behind by Omega with the title when trying to go after Callis. Omega teases piledriving Callihan through the table, but Callihan delivers a low blow and hits a package piledriver of his own (not on the table). Callihan signs the contract and tosses it on Omega, he teases leaving but comes back and powerbombs Omega through the table and holds the World Title up high to close the show.
