WWE Money In The Bank notes: Edge/Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch chants, Lashley

Notes coming out WWE Money In The Bank includes Lashley dominating Kofi, Becky Lynch chants and Edge kicking off his feud with Seth Rollins

With the assistance of Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns successfully defended the Universal Championship against Edge at Money In The Bank. When the referee of the match went down, SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso made their way to the ring to assist Reigns but before they could, Dominik and Rey Mysterio prevented them from doing so. Rollins then made his way into the fold and took out Edge. After Rollins lost the men’s Money In The Bank Ladder match, he had a backstage segment and placed the blame on Edge for him not being world champion.

During the men’s Money In The Bank ladder match, Shanky, Veer and Jinder Mahal ambushed Drew McIntyre and removed him from the match.

Charlotte Flair defeated Rhea Ripley for the Raw Women’s Championship. Before the match got underway, the crowd began to chant for Becky Lynch and Flair flipped the crowd off.

In the WWE Championship match between Bobby Lashley and Kofi Kingston, Lashley defeated Kingston in convincing fashion to retain his title.

AJ Styles and Omos scored the win over The Viking Raiders (Ivar & Erik) to continue their Raw Tag Team Title reign. Styles and Omos first captured the titles at WrestleMania 37.
