Pro Wrestling Hall Of Famer Dominic DeNucci has passed away.
At the age of 89, former 3-time WWWF Tag Team Champion and Pro Wrestling Hall Of Famer Dominic DeNucci passed away. The news was shared by the Cauliflower Alley Club.
We've received the sad news that wrestling Legend Dominic DeNucci has passed away at the age of 89. Known not only for his wrestling, but for training Mick Foley, Shane Douglas and others. Dominic DeNucci, real name Dominic Nucciarone was born in Italy. As he carved out his career in wrestling, he went on to train the likes of Mick Foley and Shane Douglas. DeNucci got his break in the business in Canada and worked with Dino Bravo for a period of time.
He also competed in Australia, Japan and in various promotions across North America. He eventually joined the WWWF/WWF and had Tag Team Title wins with Bruno Sammartino, Dino Bravo and Patrick Barrett. In 2012, DeNucci was inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall Of Fame.
