In an update for Canadian viewers of AEW Rampage, TSN has confirmed to POST Wrestling that select episodes of the new program will air on television.
A representative from TSN issued the following statement to POST Wrestling:
While always available for digital streaming, select episodes of AEW Rampage will also air on TSN, with the Friday, Aug. 20 episode airing at 11 p.m. ET on TSN2.
This week’s premiere of AEW Rampage at 10 p.m. ET will be exclusively available through the TSN Direct streaming service and through its website. As noted in the statement, the show will always be available through digital streaming and will also be available on-demand.
Next week’s episode from The United Center in Chicago will stream live on TSN Direct and then air on a one-hour delay on TSN 2 at 11 p.m. ET.
The following matches have been announced for the premiere of Rampage from the Peterson Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania:
*AEW Women’s Championship: Dr. Britt Baker (champion) vs. Red Velvet
*IMPACT Championship: Kenny Omega (champion) vs. Christian Cage
*TNT Championship: Miro (champion) vs. Fuego Del Sol
