The name of WWE’s first pay-per-view of 2022 revealed.

In July, the announcement was made by Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young that WWE is coming to Atlanta on January 1st for a pay-per-view event. The event is taking place at the State Farm Arena and on the arena’s website, the show is titled ‘WWE Day 1’.

The company recently applied to trademark ‘WWE Day 1’. Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Finn Balor, Rey Mysterio, Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest are on the promotional material for the pay-per-view.

Tickets for the show go on-sale August 27th. WWE will be in Georgia on September 19th for a live event.

WWE’s most recent pay-per-view was SummerSlam and coming out of that show, Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch returned, new Raw Tag Team Champions were crowned and to get a recap of the event, check out POST Wrestling’s SummerSlam review show.
