The bouts will air live on NJPW World.

For the past several years, STARDOM matches have taken place at New Japan Pro-Wrestling events before the show goes live on NJPW World. Those in attendance at prior Wrestle Kingdom’s were able to see the talents of STARDOM in action in an NJPW setting.

This coming September, it was announced that STARDOM would be kicking off Wrestle Grand Slam at the MetLife Dome on September 4th and 5th with dark matches. STARDOM pushed out an announcement that those matches are now going to be airing live on NJPW World.

New Japan commentators Kevin Kelly and Chris Charlton will be on the call for the STARDOM bouts, as well as the New Japan matches.

Thus far for Wrestle Grand Slam, Kota Ibushi versus Hiroshi Tanahashi for the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Title, Jeff Cobb versus Kazuchika Okada, Shingo Takagi versus EVIL for the IWGP World Heavyweight Title and more has been announced for the show.
