Tommy Dreamer shares several ideas that were in the works for Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz.

The duo of Fire ‘N Flava are are no more as Kiera Hogan departed IMPACT Wrestling and has since gone on to work a number of dates for AEW and she was also in action at NWA EmPowerrr. Tasha Steelz is currently aligned with Savannah Evans on IMPACT programming.

Fire ‘N Flava are two time Knockouts Tag Team Champions and there were discussions of them facing fellow former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions, The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky). Tasha Steelz was the most recent guest on Tommy Dreamer’s House Of Hardcore podcast and he said the aforementioned pitch was thrown out there but it did not happen due to contracts being involved among other obstacles.

With you [Tasha Steelz] and Kiera [Hogan], I’ll tell you this, I remember there was a pitch and when you say about being a popular act, there was a pitch to bring back The Beautiful People to go against you guys. It didn’t work out because of — well I’m telling you this on the podcast. I ain’t gonna tell you [then] to get your hopes up. Well there was contracts involved and a lot of other stuff but it was being discussed. Hell, if people only knew half the stuff that was being discussed right now about what talent you should bring in, what talent you shouldn’t bring in. It’s a whole — the behind the scenes of professional wrestling is a amazing.

Elsewhere during the conversation, Tasha Steelz ran down a list of names who she considers ‘dream opponents’ and one of those names was Mickie James. Dreamer shared that both Tasha and Kiera would’ve had a match against Mickie and that was going to be Kiera’s last bout before departing IMPACT.

Again, another ‘what if’; Kiera [Hogan], that was going to be — you [Tasha Steelz] would’ve had that match [against Mickie James] and it was going to be Kiera’s last match, would have been against Mickie, but didn’t happen and… so screw her for leaving [Dreamer jokingly said] and I hope she listens to this.

This weekend, IMPACT Wrestling is hosting television tapings in Nashville, Tennessee. Those set of tapings will lead into their Bound For Glory pay-per-view on October 23rd in Las Vegas.
