Ian Riccaboni: We’ll make sure Lenny Leonard hasn’t called his last match

Lenny Leonard put out a post about him possibly being done on commentary and Ian Riccaboni says ROH won't let that happen

Ian Riccaboni says ROH will make sure Lenny Leonard is back in the booth.

Lenny Leonard was announced to be returning to Ring of Honor to be on the call for the ROH Women’s World Championship tournament. Over the weekend at Death Before Dishonor, Leonard joined Caprice Coleman and Ian Riccaboni to call the finals of the tournament which was won by Rok-C.

Leonard took to social media soon after and wrote the following:

He wept, because there were no more worlds to conquer

If last night was the last match I ever call, I can go out knowing it was as the kids today like to say…a banger

Not saying I’m 100% done, but that conversation has started & I have zero bookings for the foreseeable future

During the latest ‘Beyond The Belles’ episode, Ian shouted out Lenny Leonard and said Ring of Honor will make sure that Lenny has not called his last match.

Shoutout to Lenny Leonard. I mean Lenny is, in my opinion the best commentator out there and it was such a pleasure to finally work with him. He has a five-plus year history with Ring of Honor prior to this and it’s so good to have him home. I know that he said he thinks he may have called his last match but we’re gonna make sure that’s not the case so…

Coming out of Death Before Dishonor, Jake Atlas, who faced Taylor Rust on the show, announced that he is stepping away from pro wrestling.
