VICE TV is set to air MLW’s Fightland event in a one-hour timeslot next month, according to a new report.

Tony Maglio at The Wrap reports that the network will have a one-hour version of the event on Thursday, October 7th at 10 p.m. ET immediately following Dark Side of the Ring.

MLW will stage Fightland from the 2300 Arena several days earlier on Saturday, October 2nd featuring the heavily-promoted match between MLW Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu and National Openweight Champion Alex Hammerstone along with a four-way match between Myron Reed, Arez, Aramis, and Tajiri for the MLW Middleweight Championship. Maglio reports both matches will be part of the VICE TV airing.

Company CEO Court Bauer provided the following statement to The Wrap:

MLW Fightland’ offers viewers a transparent, unfiltered all access look into the smoke-filled arenas of wrestling. We will present big fights and big stories with investigative reports giving viewers a raw, inside look at the very real world of wrestling.
