A documentary about the life of Jon Huber is premiering today.
This week’s edition of AEW Dynamite is emanating from the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York. Rochester is the home-city of the late Jon Huber, also known as ‘Brodie Lee’ and ‘Luke Harper’. Huber passed away in December of 2020.
Ahead of AEW running a show in Huber’s hometown, a documentary about his life will be premiering at the ‘Movies 10’ theater in Rochester today. The documentary covers his life in wrestling from his backyard wrestling days to the independent scene and eventually WWE and AEW.
Wrestlevision along with with Classy Wolf Media put the documentary together. Wrestlers who were on the road with and knew Huber are included in the documentary.
Huber joined All Elite Wrestling in March 2020. He was revealed as ‘The Exalted One’ of Dark Order and went on to headline the 2020 Double Or Nothing event for the AEW World Title. He also captured the TNT Championship by defeating Cody Rhodes and after several successful title defenses, he dropped the title back to Cody in October which was his last match.
