The latest AEW Rampage show was headlined by Ricky Starks and Brian Cage competing a Philadelphia Street Fight for the TNT Championship. With some assistance from Hook and Powerhouse Hobbs, Starks was able to defeat Cage and retain the title.

Opening this week’s Rampage was CM Punk going one-on-one with Daniel Garcia. Punk tapped Garcia out with the ‘Anaconda Vice’ submission. Punk will be back in action on the 10/15 Rampage when he meets Matt Sydal in singles competition. Lio Rush played a role in the Punk versus Sydal match happening.

Adding on to the lineup for next week’s Rampage is Ruby Soho versus The Bunny and it was previously announced that former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos is making his pro wrestling in-ring debut when he teams with Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky to face The Inner Circle (Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara & Jake Hager).
The Lucha Brothers (Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero M) retained the AEW World Tag Titles by defeating The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) on tonight’s show.
