REPORT: WWE to return to Quebec for live event in December

WWE is scheduled to return to Canada before the end of the year with a date scheduled for Quebec in December.

Pat Laprade of TVA Sports reports that the WWE will be holding a non-televised live event at Place Bell in Laval, Quebec on Thursday, December 30th.

It will be the first WWE event in the province of Quebec since December 29, 2019, where the company ran the same venue in Laval and drew 6,300 people, according to Laprade.

The show has not officially been announced by WWE. The promotion is set to hold Friday Night SmackDown the following evening from Charlotte, North Carolina, and the “Day 1” pay-per-view event on Saturday, January 1st from Atlanta.
