Game Changer Wrestling has booked the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City for a January date with the announcement made at Saturday’s ‘Fight Club’ event.

The major announcement had been teased by promoter Brett Lauderdale throughout the week and made it official during Saturday’s show at the sold-out show at The Showboat in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Lauderdale prefaced the announcement that he was told by someone who had seen “a million GCWs” and that they would never last.

That led to a tremendous video package featuring all of the key GCW talents inside of the empty Hammerstein Ballroom as they each recited the criticisms they have been told throughout their careers with this show serving as validation.

The card is scheduled for Sunday, January 23rd, and will likely be the biggest show in GCW’s history.
