It was announced through Pro Wrestling NOAH’s official Twitter that Junta Miyawaki is going to be out of action after suffering an injury to his meniscus. The injury occurred during a training session. Miyawaki was most recently in action at NOAH’s ‘Sanctuary’ program on 10/17 where he and Masa Kitamiya defeated Kinya Okada & Yasutaka Yano.

Miyawaki was scheduled for NOAH’s 10/24, 10/28 and 10/30 shows but he will be missing all of those events. Changes to the forthcoming cards have already been made.

Last week, Naomichi Marufuji’s reign as GHC Heavyweight Champion came to an end when he was bested by Katsuhiko Nakajima.
