Sheamus added to men’s team, participants for 25-man battle royal at Survivor Series

On Friday Night SmackDown, Sheamus was added to the men’s Survivor Series team while a 25-man battle royal was added to Sunday’s show at the Barclays Center.

On Friday Night SmackDown, Sheamus was added to the men’s Survivor Series team while a 25-man battle royal was added to Sunday’s show at the Barclays Center.

In a Fatal 4-Way match, Sheamus defeated Cesaro, Ricochet, and Jinder Mahal to become the fifth and final members of the men’s SmackDown team for the Survivor Series. Sheamus joins Jeff Hardy, Drew McIntyre, Happy Corbin, and King Woods against Team Raw’s Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley, Finn Balor & Austin Theory.

They have also added a 25-man battle royal to the Survivor Series in honor of The Rock, who debuted on-screen 25 years ago at the event in 1996 at Madison Square Garden.

WWE has announced Sami Zayn, Humberto, Angel, Apollo Crews, Commander Azeez, Otis, Chad Gable, Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander, Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Jinder Mahal, Shanky, AJ Styles, Omos, Drew Gulak, R-Truth, Viking Raiders, The Street Profits, Mansoor, Cesaro, T-Bar, and Ricochet for the battle royal.
