GCW has announced the latest name that will be inducted into the inaugural class of the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame.
On the eve of the promotion’s big event at the Hammerstein Ballroom, GCW will induct several names into its Hall of Fame with the latest addition being Dave Prazak.
Prazak has worked within the industry for over twenty-five years in just about every role. He came up in the mid-90s in Illinois and became a fixture on IWA: Mid-South shows while later becoming a commentator for Ring of Honor including on HDNet.
His legacy is closely tied to SHIMMER, which he co-founded in 2005 and became the top outlet for women’s wrestling in the United States featuring countless talent that went on to have success on national platforms.
Prazak is a regular commentator for Game Changer Wrestling and will be inducted into the inaugural class along with Jerry Lynn, Ruckus, and Homicide.
Lynn will be inducted by Sean Waltman, Sonjay Dutt will induct Ruckus, and Chris Dickinson will induct Homicide. GCW has not announced who will be inducting Prazak yet.
The Hall of Fame ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, January 22nd at The Cutting Room in New York.
