Current GHC Tag Team Champion Naomichi Marufuji makes his boxing debut against Takayuki Kinoshita

Marufuji meets Takayuki Kinoshita in an exhibition fight.

One-half of the current GHC Tag Team Champions Naomichi Marufuji made his boxing debut when he fought Tayayuki Kinoshita on December 16th. This was an exhibition that was presented by 3150 Fight and it aired on ABEMA TV.

The bout went two rounds. Takayuki Kinoshita is a race car driver and a automotive journalist. He is 60 years of age and Marufuji is 42.

Pro Wrestling NOAH promoted the fight heavily throughout the day. Marufuji is scheduled to be in action at NOAH’s New Year’s Day show where he and Keiji Muto are defending the GHC Tag Titles against Masato Tanaka and Masaaki Mochizuki. That January 1st show will also feature KENTA’s return to NOAH.
