WWE Raw notes: Vince McMahon says he enjoys firing people, Styles/Omos split, Balor vs. Theory

Vince McMahon's conversation with Austin Theory, AJ Styles and Omos split, U.S. Title match set for 12/27, Bianca Belair and more

Austin Theory went one-on-one will Finn Balor on tonight’s Raw. Theory was unsuccessful in his attempt to get a win over Balor. After his loss, Theory was hesitant to go into Vince McMahon’s office so he found Balor and attacked him before going back to McMahon. McMahon granted Theory a rematch for next week, but said he could fire Theory and added that he enjoys firing people, especially during the holidays. This was Theory’s first TV pin fall loss since he joined the Raw brand.

AJ Styles and Omos came to blows after their loss to Dominik and Rey Mysterio. Omos refused to tag into the match which led to AJ being pinned. They brawled following the match but Omos got the better of Styles. They are scheduled to go one-on-one on 12/27.

There was a Championship Contender’s match that took place. Dolph Ziggler took on United States Champion Damian Priest in a non-title match. Priest became distracted with Robert Roode on the outside which led to him being counted out. Ziggler is getting his shot at the U.S. Title on 12/27.

Bianca Belair scored her third consecutive win over Doudrop. Belair received a standing ovation from the crowd when she hoisted up Doudrop for her ‘K.O.D.’ finisher.

POST Wrestling’s Wai Ting and John Pollock are live with their review of tonight’s Raw for Double Double patrons.
