The Triple Crown is now vacant.

On December 26th, Jake Lee went one-on-one with Ryuki Honda at AJPW’s Fan Appreciation event. It was in that match that he suffered a fractured nasal bone and a fracture of the medial wall of the left orbit.

As a result, All Japan Pro Wrestling decided to vacate the Triple Crown Heavyweight Title which Jake Lee was in possession of. His return date is unknown as of this writing and All Japan noted on their official website that he’ll be out of action “for a while”.

Jake Lee became champion in June when he defeated Kento Miyahara and Yuma Aoyagi in a three-way for the then-vacant title.  The title was vacant at that point because Suwama tested positive for COVID-19.
