WWE has put out an update regarding Sasha Banks, stating that the performer is expected to be out 6-8 weeks.

Last Sunday, Banks wrestled Charlotte Flair in Fayetteville, North Carolina and there was a video that surfaced of Banks being helped to the back after the match. Banks tweeted a brief update stating she was “good”.

WWE issued the following statement citing nothing was broken but that Banks is dealing with a bruised calcaneus bone:

Sasha Banks suffered a foot injury Sunday evening at a WWE Live! event in Fayetteville, NC. After seeking emergency medical attention, it was determined nothing was broken. Sasha underwent an MRI and it was discovered she has a bruised calcaneus bone. She is at home recovering and undergoing physical therapy. She is expected to be out of action for 6-8 weeks.

The timeline would mean Banks is not expected to participate in the Royal Rumble event on Saturday, January 29th in St. Louis, Missouri.
