WWE planning to bring the structure over to Saudi Arabia.

Following the 2022 Royal Rumble on 1/29, WWE is running an event in Saudi Arabia on February 19th. Fightful Select is reporting that the company is looking to bring the Elimination Chamber structure over to Saudi Arabia for next month’s show. Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston noted that this was discussed on Wrestlenomics Radio on 1/9.

It is not known if this upcoming Saudi show will be branded as ‘Elimination Chamber’ or not. The Fightful Select report notes that plans have been in place to bring the Chamber to Saudi Arabia since November 2021.

The most recent Elimination Chamber match took place in February 2021 when Cesaro, Bryan Danielson, Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Happy Corbin and Sami Zayn competed to decide who would challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Title.

There have been 27 Elimination Chamber matches since the first in 2002. WWE was last in Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel which was headlined by Roman Reigns versus Brock Lesnar for the Universal Title.
