Bellator will return to the U.K. where welterweight champion Yaroslav Amosov will defend his championship.
The promotion has confirmed that Michael “Venom” Page will challenge for the title in his hometown of London, England.
The championship fight will serve as the main event of Bellator London: Amosov vs. Page Friday, May 13th from The SSE Arena, Wembley and will air live on Showtime at 4 p.m. ET.
Amosov (26-0) entered Bellator in July 2018 and became champion last June defeating Douglas Lima by unanimous decision at Bellator 260.
Page (20-1) has been competing for the promotion since 2013 and has won his previous six contests including avenging his only career loss to Douglas Lima last October with a split decision victory.
Bellator MMA launches its year with Bellator 273 on Saturday, January 29th with Ryan Bader defending the heavyweight championship against Valentin Moldavsky.
