Dorada has not wrestled in a sanctioned match since September of 2021. He was released from WWE this past November. Dorada was one of 26 talents released from the company that month.
He was a part of the inaugural Cruiserweight Classic tournament in 2016 and lost in the semifinals to Zack Sabre Jr. Dorada signed with the sports-entertainment company following the tournament and throughout his five years there, he captured the 24/7 Title on one occasion.
