AEW Rampage was live from the Sports & Entertainment Center in Washington, D.C., and featured Jade Cargill defending the TBS championship.
Cargill retained her championship and extended her streak to 25-0 defeating Anna Jay after a second attempt to hit Jaded following an earlier counter.
The show also saw Jon Moxley’s first match since October as he defeated Ethan Page in the opening match on the episode. The two went just over ten minutes and ended with Moxley applying the Bulldog choke and Page going out. Moxley hit the Paradigm Shift after the match.
On his way to the back, Bryan Danielson stood in Moxley’s way and applauded Moxley as the two stared at one another and Moxley walked off.
What is going on here! It seems as though #TheAmericanDragon has some unresolved business with @jonmoxley?!
