For the second show in a row, six New Japan performers will miss an event due to COVID protocols.

Minoru Suzuki, Taichi, Taka Michinoku, Satoshi Kojima, Toru Yano & Tomoaki Honma are off Saturday’s card in Gunma.

All six missed Friday’s event at Korakuen Hall after one of the six contracted a fever.

Saturday’s show is not streaming on New Japan World and is part of the New Years Golden Series tour, which kicked off this past Thursday.

The company issued a statement on Friday evening to alert fans that the six would not be appearing on the show.

The new main event will be a six-man tag with Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi & Hiroyoshi Tenzan taking on Tetsuya Naito, SANADA & Shingo Takagi.
