Peter Avalon wraps up with AEW as a contracted talent, per report.

On January 17th, Peter Avalon took to social media and shared that he is accepting all independent bookings and appearances. PWInsider confirmed today that Avalon’s deal with All Elite Wrestling has expired.

The 32-year-old Avalon signed with AEW prior to the company’s first Double or Nothing pay-per-view. He was consistently featured on the Dark and Dark: Elevation programs and formed a group called ‘The Wingmen’ with J.D. Drake, Cezar Bononi and Ryan Nemeth. At the Dark tapings at Universal Studios on 1/15, Avalon teamed with Drake to take on Orange Cassidy and Wheeler YUTA.

Avalon’s most recent match on Dynamite was in February of 2021. He was featured on the Revolution pay-per-view in March of that year as a part of the Casino Tag Team Battle Royale.

Early in his AEW run, Avalon was paired with Leva Bates and the pair were known as The Librarians.
