Sasha Banks returned from injury on Friday Night SmackDown and declared herself for the women’s Royal Rumble match.

On the final episode before the Royal Rumble, Banks appeared during the opening segment where SmackDown women’s champion Charlotte Flair was in the ring with Shayna Baszler, Aliyah, Natalya, and Shotzi.

Banks entered the ring and announced that she is “back and ready to Rumble”, indicating that she will be part of the women’s Royal Rumble on Saturday night in St. Louis.

Banks injured herself on the January 2nd live event in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

WWE issued a statement later that week noting the performer had sustained a bruised calcaneus bone and would be out of action for six to eight weeks.
