Lio Rush has provided an update after being injured at PWG’s Battle of Los Angeles event on Sunday.

The performer sustained a shoulder injury during his tournament match with Buddy Matthews that led to a disqualification ending and Rush being tended to.

Rush provided an update on Monday that he suffered a dislocation of the left shoulder and will be having an MRI done in 2-3 weeks to assess any other damage to the shoulder.

Rush also said he was saddened by the “hate speech, racial slurs and throwing of objects” by certain people in attendance.

We wish Rush a full and speedy recovery. He is scheduled for the Terminus event on February 24th but he has not commented on his status for that show and whether the injury will affect his appearance.
