The former ‘Oney Lorcan’ was informed by Mark Carrano that he was banned from WWE.

Before signing his developmental deal with WWE, Biff Busick f.k.a ‘Oney Lorcan’ sporadically appeared for the company and competed in dark and enhancement TV matches. There was one occasion when he did not fill out paperwork having to do with Release of Liability.

Busick was waiting on former Senior Director of Talent Relations Mark Carrano, but did see him so Busick decided to go to the ring for practice without signing the forms. Orders were given to extra talents from William Regal to be at the ring by a certain time.

When Carrano and Scott Armstrong came to the ringside area, Busick along with several other talents were informed that they were banned from WWE and they were escorted out of vicinity by police. Biff recounted this story while on F4WOnline’s ‘Left My Wallet’ show.

I did get kicked out of WWE once. I was — I think this was in New Hampshire. They were — you used to have to sign in with Talent Relations to, you know, fill out our paperwork and release liability and that type of stuff and I was waiting outside the Talent Relations office but the T.R. guy who at the time was Mark Carrano wasn’t there and Regal — William Regal at the time was kind of in charge of the extras and he was like, ‘Hey, I want everybody now at the ring at 2 o’clock’ for like warmups and stretches and sh*t like that. ‘No excuses.’ So I’m looking — I’m sweating because I’m looking at my watch and it’s getting close to 2 o’clock and you know, T.R. guy isn’t there so I’m like, ‘Screw it. I’m gonna go down to the ring and then hopefully I can just do my paperwork after.’ So I get down to the ring and we start, you know, rolling around, getting matches together and then I remember Carrano from Talent Relations comes down with Scott Armstrong and he goes, ‘Hey! Who hasn’t filled out their paperwork?’ And me and two other guys, ‘Oh, we haven’t filled it out yet because we were waiting for you and you weren’t there’ and he goes, ‘Did you guys get in the ring?’ ‘Well yeah. We’ve just been working around and we were gonna come see you after.’ He goes, ‘Go get your sh*t and get the hell out of here.’ I was like, ‘Oh Jesus.’ So at this point, I’m like, ‘All right, I’ve been in some hairy situations before. I’m just gonna get my bag, slip out the backdoor, hopefully they forget about this and nothing will come of it’ but then this other guy was like, ‘Well why do we gotta leave?’ Tried to talk back to him. I’m like, ‘Oh sh*t’ so he goes, ‘What’s all your names?’ And I was like, ‘Oh no’ and I had a split second where I was gonna give him a fake name. If I tell this guy ‘Mark Sherman,’ I still might have a chance. But I end up giving him my name and he goes, ‘All right, you guys are banned for life. You can never come back’ and I’m like, ‘Oh sh*t.’

It was brutal man. But I didn’t — honestly at the time, I’m just like, it all happened so fast. Like so fast forward, I’m getting my bags and they have police taking us out of the back, like escorting us out of the building. So before I know it, I’m in the parking lot being like, ‘What the hell just happened?’ I didn’t even have the chance to process it, you know what I mean? And then yeah, it was about a year after that-that I end up getting a call. You know, it was Christmas Eve — no, was it more than a year? Maybe a little bit more than a year. I remember it was Christmas Eve night, my phone rings and it’s some number from Maine. I was like, ‘Hello’ and this kind of whisper voice is like, ‘Hey, it’s Dango.’ I was like, ‘What? Fandango from WWE?’ He goes, ‘Yeah, WWE wants to give you a tryout. Merry Christmas’ and he hung up on me and that was my first contact with WWE since I was banned.

This past November, Busick wrapped up his run with WWE and he’s scheduled for Beyond Wrestling’s 2/4 event and the 2022 wXw 16 Carat Gold tournament.
