Brett Lauderdale offers the first GCW contract to Nick Gage.
Dating back to the early 2000s, Nick Gage and GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale have associated with one another and their association turned into a close friendship. Lauderdale announced via social media today that he has offered Nick Gage the first and what will likely be the last GCW contract.
He wrote that Gage deserves to finish his career on his own terms with dignity and with the option to focus on the future he feels Gage deserves.
This is the first & likely the last contract GCW will ever offer.
Nick has earned the right to finish his career on his terms w/ dignity & a focus on the future he deserves. I'm proud GCW can give him that.
For the hard work, sacrifice & loyalty over 23+ years,

Gage made his return to GCW for the main event of their Hammerstein Ballroom show. He teamed up with Matt Tremont to defeat The Briscoes (Mark & Jay Briscoe) for the GCW Tag Team Championships.
GCW is scheduled to run a show in Los Angeles, California on 2/25 and that show will feature the in-ring return of Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman.
