Joe Rogan will not be part of the UFC 271 broadcast on Saturday according to a report.
On Wednesday, MMA Fighting had reported that Rogan was set to be part of the broadcast alongside Jon Anik and Daniel Cormier but on Friday evening it was reported that is no longer the case.
TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter reports that Rogan is unable to take part in the with a “scheduling conflict” being cited by an unnamed UFC official.
Per a UFC official, Joe Rogan had a scheduling conflict this week and will not be on the call for UFC 271.
He is scheduled to do colour commentary for UFC 272 in March.

The new broadcast team will consist of Anik, Cormier, and Michael Bisping.
Rogan has been at the center of controversy in recent weeks over the content on his podcast regarding COVID-19 and past racist language including usage of the n-word.
The TSN report stated that Rogan is expected to return at UFC 272 on Saturday, March 5th.
