AAA presented Rey de Reyes on Saturday night from Veracruz featuring John Hennigan challenging for the Mega Championship.
The show featured broadcaster Carlos Cabrera joining the team and being reunited with Hugo Savinovich following Cabrera’s release from WWE.

Rey Fenix appeared on the show but stated he was not cleared to return yet. Fenix suffered a dislocated elbow on the January 5th edition of Dynamite in a tag match with Penta El Zero M against Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus. On Saturday night, Penta faced Dralistco after it was initially advertised as a tag match.
