Cody Deaner inks a new deal with IMPACT.
Violent By Design’s Cody Deaner will be with IMPACT Wrestling for the foreseeable future. He was interviewed by Slam Wrestling and told the publication that he has opted to sign a new deal with IMPACT.
IMPACT pushed the news out on their social channels. Deaner had the following to say about re-signing:
I believe that we have the best roster in professional wrestling, both in terms of the talent, but also in terms of the morale of the company. Everybody gets along, and it really feels like a team, it feels like family. So I definitely wanted to stay with my family.
In an exclusive interview with https://t.co/WOoYYFaTXM, @CodyDeaner announced that he has re-signed with @IMPACTWRESTLING, extending his tenure with the company where he has been since 2018.

When Deaner returned to IMPACT in 2018, he was paired with Jake Something and collectively, they were known as ‘The Deaners’. The duo split in December 2020 which led to Cody becoming a member of Violent By Design and Jake going solo.
At IMPACT’s Sacrifice event, Jake is challenging Trey Miguel for the X Division Championship.
