NXT 2.0 returned to the USA Network and saw an uptick in its viewership after two weeks on Syfy.

The February 22nd edition of the show averaged 612,000 viewers and approximately 157,000 (0.12) in the 18-49 demographic, per Showbuzz Daily and Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.

The numbers represented increases of 16.5 percent in overall viewership and 8 percent in the 18-49 demographic from last week’s episode.

Excluding the Syfy episodes, NXT had been averaging 626,000 viewers and 178,000 in 18-49 over the previous five episodes on USA before the Olympics.

NXT finished #43 among cable originals on Wednesday

The show was highlighted by a rare match involving a main roster performer as Dolph Ziggler defeated Tommaso Ciampa after interference by Robert Roode. The ending set up a tag match for next week’s episode with Ziggler & Roode scheduled to face Bron Breakker & Ciampa.

In Canada, the show averaged 78,000 viewers on Sportsnet 360, which was down slightly from 81,000 the previous week. It did not finish among the top ten sports broadcasts on Tuesday.
