WWE Raw notes: Scott Hall video package, WrestleMania challenge, Owens defeats Rollins

WWE pays tribute to Scott Hall, Kevin Owens defeats Seth Rollins, RK-Bro accepts WrestleMania challenge, Edge's new theme and more from Raw

To open the March 14th episode of Monday Night Raw, WWE put up a graphic to formally announce the passing of Scott Hall a.k.a. Razor Ramon. The following video package aired later in the show:

Newly crowned Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro (Randy Orton & Riddle) were confronted by The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins). A WrestleMania 38 challenge was issued to which RK-Bro accepted. Riddle then went one-on-one with Ford, but the match was thrown out after Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) ambushed both teams.

Sharmell Huffman is the latest addition to the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame class. Fellow Hall of Famer, her husband, Booker T is doing the honors of inducting her.

The main event of Raw saw Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins go one-on-one. The stipulation was that if Rollins won, he would take Owens’ spot at WrestleMania 38 and have the segment with Stone Cold Steve Austin. Owens defeated Rollins with the ‘Stunner’.

On night one of WrestleMania 38, Edge is set to take on AJ Styles. Edge debuted his new theme music on tonight’s program and on 3/21, AJ Styles is returning to Raw after being taken out by Edge.

United States Champion Finn Balor was pinned by Damian Priest. Balor was dealing with Austin Theory who was on the outside and Priest took advantage of the distraction.

Due to Carmella being focused on Corey Graves, Queen Zelina lost another match on Raw. Zelina was pinned by Liv Morgan. As of this writing, Carmella and Zelina are putting the Women’s Tag Titles on the line at WrestleMania against the duos of Sasha Banks and Naomi along with Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.

Omos and Commander Azeez clashed on the 3/14 Raw. Omos got the victory and took out Apollo Crews post-match.
