Rocky King has passed away.

On March 27th, William Boulware Jr., known from his time in pro wrestling as ‘Rocky King’, passed away on March 27th.

Slam Wrestling published an article about his passing which includes Facebook posts from multiple friends and colleagues sharing their memories of Rocky.

On top of his time in the ring, Rocky refereed matches as well. Before getting into pro wrestling, Rocky was homeless for a period of time and he would later go on help people who were in those situations.

He began his in-ring career in the mid-1980s and started with Jim Crockett Promotions. Rocky became a referee for WCW after the company was acquired by Jim Crockett Promotions.
