Daijiro Matsui to depart GLEAT after his contract expires on April 30th

LIDET Entertainment, which owns the pro wrestling promotion titled ‘GLEAT’, made the announcement that Daijiro Matsui will be exiting the promotion at the end of the month.

The 49-year-old Matsui’s contract with GLEAT expires on April 30th and after he wraps up his remaining dates with the promotion, he’ll continue to wrestle as a freelancer.

Matsui has been involved in the pro wrestling business since the mid-1990s. He started working with GLEAT in 2021 and wrestled a total of 14 matches for the promotion.

Matsui’s career in MMA started in 1998 and he tallied up a record of 14-32-7. His most recent fight was in April of 2021 which he lost via TKO.
