Pat McAfee briefly spoke on WWE’s handling of the situation involving Sasha Banks & Naomi from this past Friday’s edition of SmackDown.

Speaking on his show, McAfee said he was hearing Michael Cole’s address like everyone else and had no clue what to believe in the situation and that he’s kept out of the loop.
McAfee noted Banks was a “superstar” and that the two were their champions while reacting with his team in the studio adding he was very fascinated by it.
Cole addressed the situation prior to the main event on SmackDown announcing that the two were “indefinitely suspended” and had “let us down” referring to the WWE fans and talent on the roster. Cole noted that a tournament will be held for the women’s tag titles.

Neither Sasha Banks nor Naomi has commented publicly regarding their decision to leave the building last Monday during Raw where the pair were scheduled for the Six-Pack Challenge in the main event.
