The finals of the NXT Women’s Breakout tournament were determined. Roxanne Perez bested Lash Legend and on the other side of the bracket, Tiffany Stratton defeated Fallon Henley. Originally, Nikkita Lyons was supposed to take on Henley but Nikkita is sidelined with an injury. Stratton will meet Perez in the finals.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose scored a win over Indi Hartwell and post-match, she was ambushed by Wendy Choo, who proceeded to grab and hold up the NXT Women’s Title. Toxic Attraction (Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) will meet Choo, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance on 5/31 in a Championship Summit. Jayne and Dolin have already agreed to defend their NXT Women’s Tag Titles at In Your House against Carter and Chance.

A debuting talent named ‘Giovanni Vinci’ is ‘coming soon’ to NXT 2.0.

There was a brawl between Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) and Tony D’Angelo, Channing Lorenzo and Troy Donovan. The likes of Norman Smiley and Robbie Brookside made appearances during the break apart segment. D’Angelo would later state that he is going to meet with Santos again about the ongoing issues between the two parties.

NXT 2.0 talent Thea Hail graduates high school this week and she is scheduled to appear on next week’s program to decide which college she’ll be attending while training at the Performance Center in Florida.

In the main event, Duke Hudson scored a win over NXT Champion Bron Breakker via disqualification. Breakker was overwhelmed with Joe Gacy and Gacy’s druids being at ringside and ended up hitting Hudson with a chair. Breakker is defending the NXT Title against Gacy at In Your House and if Bron gets DQ’d, he’ll lose the belt.

Wes Lee went one-on-one with Sanga and Sanga won the match in dominant fashion. Post-match, Sanga protected Lee from Xyon Quinn.

Several matches were announced for 5/31 and those are listed as followed:

  • Cameron Grimes vs. Nathan Frazer
  • Elektra Lopez vs. Cora Jade
