Three talents off the BOSJ final show.

It is official that Hiromu Takahashi and El Desperado will meet in the finals of the 2022 Best of the Super Juniors tournament. That match is taking place on June 3rd at Nippon Budokan.

New Japan pushed out the news that three talents have been pulled from that 6/3 show. The likes of Will Ospreay, Karl Anderson and Tanga Loa will not be appearing. Ospreay is currently recovering from a kidney infection that took him out of Revolution Pro Wrestling’s ‘Epic Encounters’ show where he was supposed to take on Minoru Suzuki.

Karl Anderson tested positive for COVID-19 and will not be able to make the trip and Tanga Loa suffered an injury to his right knee.

Coming out of the Best of the Super Juniors final, New Japan is heading towards the Dominion event on June 12th which is being headlined by Kazuchika Okada defending the IWGP World Heavyweight Title against Jay White. Anderson is scheduled to challenge Tama Tonga for the NEVER Openweight Title at Dominion.
