Riki Iihashi opting to retire from pro wrestling.

On June 6th, Dragon Gate made the announcement that one of their roster members, Riki Iihashi is choosing to retire from wrestling. Iihashi requested that no retirement match or ceremony be held for him. Dragon Gate thanked all who supported Iihashi during his career.

Riki Iihashi has decided to retire from active duty.

DRAGON GATE understands his decision after much thought and consideration, and has decided to accept his retirement.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no retirement match or ceremony.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform the public of his decision and to thank all of his fans for their support during his short active career.

In September of 2021, Riki along with his younger brother Ishin made their in-ring debuts for Dragon Gate. Riki had been away from the ring since March 3rd due to an injury.
