Multiple title changes at Dominion.

Headlining the 6/12 NJPW Dominion show was Jay White versus Kazuchika Okada for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. White defeated Okada and is now a two-time holder of New Japan’s heavyweight belt.

Juice Robinson was not able to defend the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Title, so New Japan stripped him and had SANADA and Will Ospreay compete for the vacant belt. Ospreay went on to become champion.

The United Empire gained more championships on the night as Jeff Cobb and Great-O-Khan regained the IWGP Tag Team Championships by besting Bad Luck Fale and Chase Owens.

In addition to those title changes, a new NEVER Openweight Champion was crowned when Karl Anderson defeated Tama Tonga. This is Anderson’s first singles title win in New Japan. He has held the IWGP Tag Team Titles on four separate occasions.
