AEW Rampage took a major hit on Friday night, posting the show’s lowest 18-49 audience in the program’s history and a near-record low in overall viewership.
The June 17th taped edition of the show from St. Louis averaged 331,000 viewers and approximately 132,000 (0.10) in the 18-49 demographic, per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics and Showbuzz Daily.

It was the lowest 18-49 audience in the history of Rampage including shows that aired outside its normal time slot. The previous low for the demo was set on May 6th when Rampage aired at 5:30 p.m. ET and averaged 143,000 in 18-49.
In overall viewership, it was the second-lowest in Rampage’s history behind the same episode on May 6th which averaged 292,000 viewers at 5:30 p.m. ET.
This was a surprising loss of viewership considering there was no NHL or NBA playoff competition. Rampage aired against the final 23 minutes of the College World Series on ESPN topped cable and averaged 1,133,000 and 0.24 in 18-49 and was followed by the PFL card that finished one spot above Rampage with 303,000 viewers and 0.10 in 18-49.
Rampage finished #22 among cable originals.
The loss in overall viewership from last week was 30 percent with the 18-49 declining by 37 percent. It was a larger loss of males in the key demo with a 40 percent loss while females fell 29 percent.
There was a massive loss among adults 18-34, which fell 64 percent this week while adults 35-409 dropped by 26 percent, and adults 50+ fell from a 0.21 to 0.17 rating.
The show aired in its normal time slot of 10 p.m. ET and included the main event between Darby Allin and Bobby Fish, and opened with Jon Moxley beating Dante Martin.
