Case against Jake Atlas dropped.

Last month, Jake Atlas was arrested in Orlando, Florida for domestic assault on his partner of several years. TMZ learned that the case against Atlas has been dropped.

Per court documents, officials noted that they are not opting to prosecute Atlas:

From the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion of the writer that this case is not suitable for prosecution. The court records show that there was a hearing scheduled for 6/28.

Atlas had been out drinking the night before and called his partner to pick him up. When his partner arrived, Atlas insisted that his partner stay instead of driving him home. The victim told officers that Atlas wanted to him to go to another friend’s home, but Atlas was upset his partner was ‘showing more attention’ to her than he was to Atlas which sparked an argument.

He became physically aggressive with his partner. There was another altercation during which Atlas scratched his partner’s forearm and ripped his tank top.

In January of this year, Atlas reached an agreement with All Elite Wrestling but suffered a torn ACL in his first match under contract.
