Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade become NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions at Great American Bash

Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade win their first championships in WWE at NXT Great American Bash

Toxic Attraction’s reign as tag champions comes to an end.

To kick off NXT Great American Bash on the USA Network, Toxic Attraction (Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) put their NXT Women’s Tag Team Titles on the line against the duo of Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade.

Towards the conclusion of the match, NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose pulled the referee out of the ring to stop her groupmates from losing. The referee then ejected Rose from ringside. Later in the bout, Perez was able to hit her ‘Pop Rox’ finisher to secure the victory for herself and Cora.

This title win is both Roxanne and Cora’s first title wins in WWE. After tonight’s program, the upNXT crew will be reviewing the show in its entirety.
