Aldis secures a title match.
Closing out the 7/19 edition of NWA Powerrr on FITE was Nick Aldis, Thom Latimer, Brian Myers and Mike Knox competing in a four way in the finals of the Race to the Chase tournament. Up for grabs was an NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title opportunity at NWA 74 in August.
Nick Aldis emerged victorious and it is now official that Aldis is going to challenge Trevor Murdoch for the championship.
This is the first match that has been made official for NWA 74. In addition to this match, it was announced that the United States Tag Team Titles are returning at NWA 74 weekend.
