Zoey Stark secures a title opportunity.
There was a 20-person Battle Royal that main evented tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0. The final talent to enter the ring before the bout started was the returning Zoey Stark. Stark had been sidelined since the fall of 2021 after suffering a torn ACL and meniscus.
The final two talents left in the Battle Royal appeared to be Stark and Tiffany Stratton. When Stark eliminated Stratton, Cora Jade, who exited the ring earlier in the match through the bottom ropes, attempted to surprise Stark but Stark sent her over the top to win the match.

Stark is next in line to challenge Mandy Rose for the NXT Women’s Championship. The last time Zoey was a title holder in NXT was the match she suffered her injury in during which Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne became Women’s Tag Team Champions.
