Nozaki’s diagnosis is a ruptured ACL.

July 3rd was the most recent date that Nagisa Nozaki was in action. She was competing in the A block of Pro Wrestling WAVE’s ‘Catch The WAVE’ Winners League.

Nozaki took to social media and noted that she was going to get an injury checked out and it was confirmed to her that she suffered a ruptured ACL.

I went to the hospital today and was diagnosed with a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of my left knee. I will be sidelined for an extended period of time. I will miss all the shows I was planning to participate in. I am very sorry to everyone involved, and to everyone who was looking forward to the matches.

She was the Regina Di WAVE Champion and had been holding the title since August 2021.

Nozaki has been working with WAVE since 2011. She had her first match in 2006 when she was a teenager. This past February, she returned to Ice Ribbon for the first time since 2009.
